Refund Policy
At EROS Jewelry, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your jewelry as much as we love creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not qualify for a return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost during transit.
How to Start a Return
- Submit a Return Request Form to notify us of your intent to return the product.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return authorization number and detailed shipping instructions, including the return address.
- Arrange shipping using a trackable shipping box to ensure safe transit.
- Carefully pack your item to protect it during shipping. Include any forms or documentation provided with the return authorization.
- Send your item to the address provided, clearly referencing the return authorization number.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We strive to be flexible with our return policy but have some exceptions:
- Custom-made or personalized items, such as engraved pieces or items customized to individual preferences, are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Pierced earrings cannot be returned once worn due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- Party favors and large or custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are made for specific events and cannot be restocked. If you have concerns about your party favor or bulk order, please contact us at erosjewelryshop@gmail.com for assistance.
Additionally, items that are significantly worn, damaged, or altered by the customer cannot be accepted for return.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Subscription and Gift Policy
Subscription services are non-refundable. Charges for the current billing period cannot be canceled or refunded once the subscription is active. Monthly subscription surprise gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. To qualify, items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
